NOVEMBER 18, 1997
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order at 5:45 pm in the City
Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

CLOSED SESSION Mayor Wong commenced the closed session at 5:45 PM to discuss
the following matters:

PUBLIC EMPLOYEE'S PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Pursuant to Government Code & 54957
The closed session concluded at 6:47 PM.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Melendez and seconded by Touhey to adjourn the
meeting at 6:47 PM. Motion carried 5-0.
