SPECIAL MEETING
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
NOVEMBER 12, 1997
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council, scheduled for 4:00 pm in the City
Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, was not called to order as a quorum of the Council
was not reached. The meeting was scheduled for the, purpose of discussing items of mutual
interest with Assemblyman Gary Miller.
