WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
October 7,1997
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by Chairman Wong at
6:05 p.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room, City Hall, 1444 West Garvey Avenue, West
Covina, California.

Councilmember Touhey arrived at 6:28 p.m.
