APPOINTMENT OF ICRMA SUBSTITUTE ALTERNATE
ICRMA Alternates City Manager Starbird presented the staff report.
Councilmember Herfert felt there were other ways for the

the location of the meetings to other areas of the County. Council

requested resolution.
Motion by Herfert and seconded by Touhey to receive and file
the staff report and to direct staff to correspond with ICRMA relating
