WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
June 17,1997
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order at 6:50 p.m. by Mayor
Wong in the City Manager's Conference Room, City Hall, 1444 West Garvey Avenue, West
Covina, California.

Mayor Wong recessed the special meeting to conduct a closed session on the.following
matter:
