WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
June 10,1997
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order at 9:50 p.m. by Mayor
Wong in the City Manager's Conference Room, City Hall, 1444 West Garvey Avenue, West
Covina, California.

Herfert, Howard, Touhey

II. CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Wong recessed the special meeting to conduct a closed session on the following
matter:
