The special meeting of the West Covina City Council; scheduled for 5:30 pm, was called to order by Mayor
Wong at 5:38 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West
Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Wong, Mayor Pro Tem Melendez, Councilmembers Herfert,
Howard, Touhey

CLOSED SESSION Mayor Wong convened the closed session at 5:38 pm for the following
purpose:

The closed session concluded at 7:15 pm.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Herfert and seconded by Melendez to adjourn the meeting
at 7:15 pm. Motion carried 5-0.
