The special meeting of the West Covina City Council, scheduled for 5:30 pm was called to order by Mayor
or
Wong at 5:43 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West
Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Wong, Mayor Pro Tern Melendez, Councilmember Howard, Herfert
(arrived at 6:22 pm), and Touhey (arrived at 5:46 pm)
Others Present: Starbird, Wylie, Glover, A. Greene, Ure

CLOSED SESSION Mayor Wong recessed the City Council at 5:43 pm to conduct a closed session
on the following matters:

CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR: Diane Ure
Pursuant to Government Code § 54957.6:

ADJOURNMENT Motion by Wong and seconded by Melendez to adjourn the meeting at 6:54
pm. The motion carried 5-0.
