The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order at 6:05 p.m. by Mayor
Touhey in the City Manager's Conference Room, City Hall, 1444 West Garvey Avenue, West
Covina, California.

CLOSED SESSION
Mayor recessed the special meeting to conduct a closed session on the following matter:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Initiation of litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956.9: One or more cases.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Touhey, seconded by McFadden to adjourn the meeting
at 6:25 p.m. Motion carried 4-0.
