June 18, 1996
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order at 10:05 pm in the City
Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Touhey, Mayor Pro Tern McFadden, Councilmembers Manners,
Wong
Absent: Councilmember Herfert (excused)
Others Present: Starbird, Wylie, Ure

CLOSED SESSION Mayor Touhey convened the closed session at 10:05 pm for the following
purpose:

Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6:

The closed session concluded at 10:22 pm.
Motion by Touhey and seconded by McFadden to adjourn the meeting at
10:22 pm. Motion carried 4-0.
