The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by Mayor Touhey
at 5:50 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall,1444 W. Garvey Avenue,
West Covina.

Wong
Absent: Mayor Pro Tem McFadden (excused)
Others Present: Starbird, Wylie, Distelrath, Ure

CLOSED SESSION Mayor Touhey commenced the closed session at 5:50
pm for the following discussion, pursuant to Govern-
ment Code Section 54957.6:
