WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
May 6, 1996
The special meeting of the City Council of the City of West Covina was called to order by Mayor Touhey
at 6:15 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

CLOSED SESSION Mayor Touhey commenced the closed session at 6:15 pm to discuss the
following matter:
CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR Diane Ure
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6:
Police Management Association
The closed session concluded at 7:15 pm.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Touhey and seconded by McFadden to adjourn the meeting at
7:15 pm. Motion carried 5-0.
