The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by Mayor Pro Tern
Touhey at 6:45 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue,
West Covina.

CLOSED SESSION Mayor Pro Tern Touhey commenced the closed session at 6:45

The closed session concluded at 7:12 pm.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Touhey and seconded by Wong to adjourn the special
meeting at 7:12 pm. Motion carried 3-0.
