WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
April 15, 1996
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by Mayor Pro Tern
J Touhey at 6:00 p.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room, 1444 West Garvey Avenue, West
Covina, California.

No public comments were offered.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Pro Tern Touhey commenced the City Council's
closed session at 6:00 p.m. for the following discussions:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL: POTENTIAL LITIGATION
Pursuant to Government Code §54956.9(c): One case.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL: EXISTING LITIGATION
Pursuant to Government Code §54956.9(a):
City of West Covina vs BKK Corp. (Business License Tax)
City of West Covina vs BKK Corp, (LEA/Fees)
Recess Mayor Pro Tern Touhey recessed the closed session at 7:00 p.m. to
convene a special meeting of the Redevelopment Agency. The City
Council reconvened at 7:30 p.m. to finish the closed session. All
members were present except Mayor Herfert.
