The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order at 11:54 am in the City
Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West.Covina.

Wong
Absent: Councilmember McFadden
Others Present: Starbird, Dixon, Hampel, Koniarsky, Miller, Montevideo (arrived at
12:30 pm)

Mayor Herfert commenced the closed session at 11:54 am to discuss
the following:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL: EXISTING
LITIGATION, pursuant to Gov. Code Section 54956.9(a)
City of West Covina vs BKK Corp (Business License Tax)
City of West Covina vs BKK Corp (LEA/Fees)
The closed session concluded at 12:37 pm.
Motion by Herfert and seconded by Wong to adjourn the meeting at
12:37 pm. Motion carried 4-0.
