The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor Herfert at 5:45 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at
City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

Mayor Herfert commenced closed session at 5:45
pm for the following reason:

The closed session concluded at 6:40 pm.
Motion by Herfert and seconded by Touhey to
adjourn the meeting at .6:40 pm. Motion
