SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
January 30, 1996
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor Herfert at 5:50 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at
City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Herfert (left the meeting at.6:15 pm),
Mayor Pro Tem Touhey, Councilmembers Manners,
Wong
Absent: Councilmember McFadden
Others Present: Starbird, Wylie, Ure
PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS No comments offered.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Herfert commenced the closed session at
5:50 pm to discuss the following:
CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR, Diane Ure,
pursuant to Government Code § 54957.6:
Employee Organizations:
Police Management Association
Fire Association
Public Safety Dispatchers Association
Mid -Management Association
Confidential/Exempt Association
Mayor Herfert left the meeting at 6:15 pm.
ADJOURNMENT
