SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
December 19, 1995
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor Herfert at 5:50 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at
City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

Mayor Herfert commenced the closed session at
5:50 pm to discuss the following matter:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITI-
GATION, pursuant to Gov. Code § 54956.9(a):
City of West Covina vs BKK Landfill (MOU)
The closed session concluded at 6:05 pm.
Motion by Herfert and seconded by Touhey to
adjourn the meeting at 6:05 pm. Motion
carried 3-0.
