SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
December 5, 1995
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor Pro Tem Touhey at 5:50 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room
at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Pro Tem Touhey, Councilmembers Manners,
McFadden, Wong
Absent: Mayor Herfert
Others Present: Starbird, Wylie, Munoz
PUBLIC COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS No comments offered.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Pro Tem Touhey commenced the closed
session at 5:50 pm to discuss the following:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITI-
GATION, pursuant to Gov. Code § 54956.9(a):
* City of West Covina vs Williams
* Meta Frazer vs CitV of West Covina
The closed session concluded at 6:27 pm.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Touhey and seconded by McFadden to
adjourn the meeting at 6:27 pm. Motion
carried 4-0.
