• The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor Herfert at 6:04 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at
City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Touhey
Others Present: Starbird, Hoppe, Dixon, Munoz, Ostegard

CLOSED SESSION Mayor Herfert convened the closed session to
discuss the following matters:

The closed session concluded at 6:40 pm.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Herfert and seconded by McFadden to
adjourn the meeting at 6:40 pm. Motion
carried 4-0.
