SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
May 31, 1995
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor Herfert at 5:37 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City
Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Herfert, Mayor Pro Tem Touhey, Council -
members Manners, McFadden, Wong
Others Present: Starbird, Wylie, Collier, Miller, Hampel,
Melzer, Lennard, Dixon
PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS No comments offered.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Herfert convened the closed session at
5:38 pm for the following purpose:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - Existing Liti-
gation pursuant to Government Code S 54956.9(a)
entitled City of West Covina vs BKK Corporation
The closed session concluded at 8:15 pm.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Herfert and seconded by Touhey to
adjourn the meeting at 8:15 pm. Motion carried
5-0.
