The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to
order by Mayor Herfert at 7:15 pm in the City Manager's Conference
Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

Councilmember McFadden
Absent Councilmembers Manners, Wong
Others Present Starbird, Wylie, Glover

Mayor Herfert commenced the closed
session at 7:15 pm for the following
purpose:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING
LITIGATION, pursuant to Government Code
S54956.9(a):
W.A. Rasic vs City of West Covina
The closed session concluded at 7:26 pm.
Motion by Herfert, seconded by Touhey, to
adjourn the meeting .at 7:26 pm. Motion
carried 3-0.
