The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor Herfert at 6:00 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room, 1444
W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

Absent: Councilmember Manners

CLOSED SESSION Mayor Herfert commenced closed session at 6:00
pm for the following purpose:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITI-
GATION, pursuant to Gov. Code § 54956.9(a):
* Daniel Wurster vs. City of West Covina
* City of West Covina vs STS
* W.A. Rasic vs City of West Covina
The closed session concluded at 6:53 pm.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Touhey and seconded by Herfert to
adjourn the meeting at 6:53 pm. Motion carried
4-0.
