SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
May 3, 1995.
The special meeting scheduled for 5:30 pm on May 2, 1995 was called to
order by Mayor Herfert at 1:15 am on May 3, 1995 following the conclusion
of the regularly scheduled May 2, 1995 Council meeting. The special
meeting was held in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444
W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Herfert, Mayor Pro Tem Touhey, Council -
members Manners, McFadden, Wong
Others Present: Starbird, Wylie, Miller, Dixon, Hampel
PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA No comments offered.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Herfert commenced the closed session at
1:15 am for the following purpose:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITI-
GATION entitled City of West Covina vs BKK Cor-
poration, pursuant to Government Code §
54956.9(a).
The closed session concluded at 1:32 am.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Herfert and seconded by Touhey to
adjourn the meeting at 1:323 am. Motion carried
5-0.
