The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor Herfert at 6:20 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City
Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

CLOSED SESSION Mayor Herfert commenced the closed session at
6:20 pm for the following purpose:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITI-
GATION, pursuant to Gov. Code § 54956.9(a):
BKK Corporation vs City of West Covina
The closed session concluded.at 7:07 pm.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Herfert and seconded by Touhey to
adjourn the meeting at 7:07 pm. Motion carried
