The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
at 6:45 pm by Mayor Pro Tem Herfert in the City Manager's Conference Room
at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

Manners, Touhey (arrived at 6:58 pm) and
Wong
Absent: Mayor McFadden

Mayor Pro Tem Herfert commenced the closed
session at 6:45 pm, pursuant to Government
Code S 54956.9(a), for the following
reason:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - Existing
Litigation entitled: City of West Covina vs
BKK Corporation (LEA).
The closed session concluded at 8:40 pm.
Motion by Herfert and seconded by Manners
to adjourn the meeting at 8:40 pm. Motion
carried 4-0.
