WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
March 21, 1995
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor McFadden at 6:05 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City
Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor McFadden, Councilmembers Manners, Touhey,
Wong
Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Herfert
Others Present:, Starbird, Wylie, Glover, Dixon, Miller, Hoppe,
Dominguez, Munoz

CLOSED SESSION Mayor McFadden commenced the closed session at
6:05 pm to discuss the following matters,
pursuant to Gov. Code Section 54956.9(a):
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - Existing Liti-
gation regarding:.
The closed session concluded at 7:08 pm.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by McFadden and seconded by Touhey to
adjourn the meeting at 7:08 pm. Motion carried
