SPECIAL MEETING
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
March 14, 1995.
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to.order
by Mayor McFadden at 6:10 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room, 1444
W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor McFadden, Councilmembers Manners, Touhey
Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Herfert, Councilmember Wong
Others Present: Starbird, Wylie, Samaniego, Miller, Collier,
Dixon, Lennard, Hampel
PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA No comments offered.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor McFadden commenced the closed session at
6:10 pm for the following purpose, pursuant to
Government Code § 54956.9(a):
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - Existing Liti-
gation regarding: City of West Covina vs BKK
Corporation (LEA - 8th Amended Notice and
Order).
The closed session concluded at 7:58 pm.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by McFadden and seconded by Touhey to
adjourn the meeting at 7:58 pm. Motion carried
3-0.
