SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
March 7, 1995
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor McFadden at 6:20 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City
Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor McFadden, Mayor Pro Tem Herfert, Council -
members Manners, Touhey, Wong
Others Present: Starbird, Wylie, Distelrath, Hoppe, Dominguez,
Prince, Montivideo, Miller, Koniarsky, Hampel
PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA No comments offered.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor McFadden convened the closed session at
6:20 pm for the following reasons, pursuant to
Government Code S 54956.9(a):
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - Existing
Litigation - three cases:
a) Matthew Romo vs City of West Covina
b) City of West Covina vs BKK Corporation
(LEA-UUP fees) .
c) City of West Covina vs BKK Corporation
(Business License payments)
Closed session concluded at 7:20 pm.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by McFadden and seconded by Herfert to
adjourn the meeting at 7:20 pm. Motion carried
5-0.
