SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
February 21, 1995
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor McFadden at 5:45 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City
Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor McFadden, Mayor Pro Tem Herfert, Council -
members Manners, Touhey, Wong
Others Present: Wylie, Dixon, Montivideo; Koniarsky, Miller
PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA No comments offered.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor McFadden convened the closed session at
5:46 pm to discuss the following matters:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - Anticipated
Litigation. Initiation of litigation pursuant
to Gov. Code § 54956.9(c): One case.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - Existing Liti-
gation pursuant to Gov. Code § 54956.9(a): West
Covina vs BKK Corporation.
RECESS Motion by McFadden and seconded by Herfert to
recess the City Council meeting at 6:45 pm to
continue it to February 22, 1995 at 7:00 pm in
the City Manager's Conference Room.
