SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
February 7, 1995
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor McFadden at 6:05 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City
Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

CLOSED SESSION Mayor McFadden commenced the closed session at
6:05 pm to discuss the following matters:

CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - Existing liti-

CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR - Pursuant to
Gov. Code § 54947.6:

Closed session concluded at 7:25 pm.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by McFadden and seconded by Herfert to
adjourn the meeting at 7:25 pm. Motion carried
