. The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor McFadden at 6:40 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City
Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina:

Mayor McFadden convened the closed session at
6:40 pm, pursuant to Gov. Code § 54956.9(c) for
the following purpose:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - Anticipated
Litigation. Initiation of litigation - four
cases.
The City Council meeting reconvened at 8:40 pm.
Motion by McFadden and seconded by Herfert to
adjourn the meeting at 8:40 pm.
