The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor McFadden at 5:18 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City
Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

Mayor McFadden commenced the closed session at
5:20 pm for the following discussion purpose:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - Pursuant to
Government Code § 54956.9(b): significant
exposure to litigation (one case).
The closed session concluded at 6:40 pm.
Motion by McFadden and seconded by Herfert to
adjourn the meeting at 6:40 pm.
