SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
December 6, 1994
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor McFadden at 6:40 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City
Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

Councilmembers Manners, Touhey, Wong
Others Present: Starbird, Wylie, Thomas, Owen

CLOSED SESSION Mayor McFadden recessed the City Council meeting
at 6:40 pm to convene a closed session for the
following matter:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING
LITIGATION (Pursuant to Gov. Code S 54956.9(a):
. Case No: KC014806.
The closed session finished at 7:10 pm.
REPORT AFTER CLOSED SESSION No report necessary.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by McFadden, seconded by Herfert, and
unanimously carried to adjourn the meeting at
7:10 pm.
