SPECIAL MEETING
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
November 1, 1994
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor McFadden at 8:10 am in the City Manager's Conference Room at City
Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor McFadden, Councilmembers Manners, Touhey,
Wong
Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Herfert
Others Present: Starbird, Wylie, Thomas, Greene, Ure, Distelrath
PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA No comments offered.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor McFadden recessed the Council meeting at
8:12 am to convene the closed session for the
following purpose:
Discussion of salaries, salary schedules, or
compensation paid in the form of fringe benefits
for the West Covina Police Management Associ-
ation.
Motion by McFadden, seconded by Touhey, and
unanimously carried to adjourn the meeting at
9:35 am.
