WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
October 4, 1994
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to
order by Councilmember Manners at 5:50 pm in the City Manager's
Conference Room, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL: Manners, Touhey, Wong
Mayor McFadden arrived at 5:57 pm.

5:57 pm to discuss the following matters:

Litigation - City of West Covina vs BKK
Corporation, pursuant to Government Code
§54956.9(a).
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - Anticipated
Litigation - Initiation of Litigation pursuant
to Government Code §54956.9.(c). Two cases.
Motion by McFadden,
unanimously carried
