SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
June 7, 1994
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor McFadden at 5:37 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City
Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor McFadden, Councilmembers Manners and Wong.
Councilmember Touhey arrived at 5:40 pm and Mayor Pro
Tem Herfert arrived at 5:43 pm.
Others Present: Starbird, Wylie, Thomas, Dillon,, Dominguez, Bradley,
Hanna
PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA No comments offered.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor McFadden recessed the meeting at 5:37 pm to
convene the closed session to confer with legal
counsel regarding two cases of existing litigation:
Warster vs City of West Covina and City of West Covina
vs BKK (pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9(a).
The closed session was completed at 7:30 pm.
REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION No report necessary.
Motion by McFadden and seconded by Herfert to adjourn
the meeting at 7:30 pm.. Motion carried 5-0.
