SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
May 23, 1994
. The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor McFadden at 5:45 pm in the Management Resource Center at City
Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor McFadden, Mayor Pro Ten Herfert, Councilmembers
Manners, Touhey, Wong
Others Present: Starbird, Wylie, Collier, Greene, Keating, Glover,
Samaniego, Koniarsky, Panas, Orr, Holler, Bommarito,
Salazar, Jones, Distelrath, Miller, Thomas, Berry

CONTINUATION OF 5/18/94 STUDY SESSION - MSI COST IDENTIFICATION AND
RECOVERY STUDY
As a follow up to the last study session, Fire Chief
Greene presented material that had been requested by
the City Council.. Council applied the information to
the service centers assigned to the Fire Department.
Regarding permit fees from Planning, Building, and
Engineering, staff was directed to prepare examples
of the various fees that would be charged to an
existing business and a new business.
Council continued discussing service centers.
Service Centers S-124 through S-148 to be discussed
after the study session on assessment districts.
Motion by Manners, seconded by Herfert, and
unanimously carried to adjourn the meeting at 9:25
pm.
