The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
It by Mayor McFadden at 5:30 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City
Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor McFadden, Mayor Pro Tem Herfert, Council -
members Manners, Touhey, wong
Others Present: Starbird, Wylie, Hoppe, Dominguez, Bradley
PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA No comments offered.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor McFadden recessed the City Council meeting
at 5;32 pm to convene a closed session to confer
with legal counsel regarding existing litigation
entitled Reyes vs City of West Covina, pursuant
to Government Code S 54956.9(a). Council recon-
vened at 6:19 pm.
REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION No report on the closed session necessary.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Manners, seconded by Herfert, and
unanimously carried to adjourn the meeting at
6:20 pm.
