SPECIAL MEETING
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
April 20, 1994
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor McFadden at 5:10 pm in the City Manager's Conference room at City
Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

members Manners, Touhey, Wong
Others Present: Starbird, Wylie, Thomas, Hanna, Lennard, Hempel

Mayor McFadden commenced a closed session
regarding the following:
Conference with legal counsel regarding existing
litigation, pursuant to Gov. Code § 54956.9(a),
entitled City of West Covina vs BKK Corp (MOU)
and City of West Covina vs BKK Corp (LEA/UUP
fees).
Conference with legal counsel regarding one case
initiated litigation pursuant to Gov. Code §
54956.(c), and one case of threatened litigation
pursuant to Gov. Code S 54956.9(b).
No report necessary.
Motion by McFadden, seconded by Herfert, and
unanimously carried to adjourn the meeting at
7:15 pm.
