SPECIAL MEETING
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
March 7, 1994
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor Jennings at 5:45 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City
Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Jennings, Mayor Pro Tem Wong, Council -
members Manners, McFadden
Absent: Councilmember Herfert
Others Present: Starbird, Wylie, Hampel, Hanna
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS No comments offered.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Jennings recessed the City Council at 5:45
pm pursuant to Gov. Code Section 54956.9(a) to
discuss litigation matters with legal counsel
regarding City of West Covina vs BKK Corpora-
tion. The City Council reconvened from closed
session at 6:45 pm.
