SPECIAL MEETING
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
March 1, 1994
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor Jennings at 6:10 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City
Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Jennings, Mayor Pro Tem Wong, Council -
members Herfert, Manners, McFadden
Others Present: Starbird, Wylie, Ure, Thomas, Hanna, Melzer
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS No comments offered.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Jennings recessed the City Council at 6:10
pm to conduct a closed session, pursuant to Gov.
Code Section 54957.6 to discuss meet and confer
issues.
ADJOURNMENT

Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a)
the City Council discussed litigation matters
with legal counsel regarding City of West Covina
vs BKK Corporation. The City Council reconvened
from closed session at 7:35 pm.
Motion by Jennings, seconded by Wong, and unani-
mously carried to adjourn the,special meeting at
7:35 pm.
