SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
February 8, 1994
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor Jennings at 7:00 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City
Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS No comments offered.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Jennings recessed the City Council meeting
at 7:02 pm to conduct a closed session pursuant
to Government Code Section 54957.6 to discuss
Meet and Confer issues. The City Council
meeting reconvened at 8:40 pm.
