SPECIAL MEETING
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
October 19, 1993
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor Jennings at 6:15 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City
Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Jennings, Mayor Pro Tem Wong,
Councilmembers Herfert, Manners, McFadden
Others Present: Starbird, Hanna, Wylie, Thomas
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Jennings recessed the City Council
meeting at 6:15 pm to convene a closed
session to discuss litigation, entitled
West Covina vs BKK, with legal counsel
pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9(a).
ADJOURNMENT

and unanimously carried to adjourn the
