SPECIAL MEETING
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
June 1, 1993
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by Mayor
Jennings at 5:45 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W.
Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Jennings, Mayor Pro Tem Wong, Councilmembers
Manners and McFadden. Councilmember Herfert arrived
at 6:43 pm.
Others Present: Starbird, Hanna
CLOSED SESSION Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c), Mayor
Jennings recessed the meeting at 5:46 pm to convene a
closed session to confer with legal counsel regarding
potential'litigation matters. The meeting reconvened
at 7:10 pm.
ADJOURNMENT

Motion by McFadden, seconded by Manners, and unanimously
carried to adjourn the meeting at 7:10 pm.
