SPECIAL MEETING

The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by Mayor
Manners at 5:30 pm in the City Manager's ConferenceeRoom at City Hall,i1444 W.
Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Manners, Mayor Pro Tem. Jennings, Councilmembers
McFadden, Herfert, Wong
Others Present: Starbird, Lennard
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Manners convened the closed session at 5:32 pm
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956 to discuss
personnel matters. The closed session was finished
at 7:25 pm.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Herfert, seconded by Wong, and unanimously
carried to adjourn the meeting at 7:25 pm.
