SPECIAL MEETING
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
October 2, 1992
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by Mayor Pro
Tem Jennings at 9:45 am in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W.
Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Pro Tem Jennings, Councilmembers Herfert, Wong
Absent: Mayor Manners, Councilmember McFadden
Others Present: Starbird, Wylie, Senator Frank Hill, and Tom Aney"
I MEETING WITH SENATOR FRANK HILL
Council discussed various items with the Senator: State budget impact,
BKK Landfill status, future State budget forecast, outlook for Workers'
Compensation reform, business cl imate in California, redevelopment,
sales tax allocations, and housing.

ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Jennings, seconded by Herfert, and unanimously carried to
adjourn the meeting at 11:10 am.
