WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL

The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by Mayor
Manners at 6:35 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue,
West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Manners, Mayor Pro Tem Jennings, Councilmembers
Herfert, McFadden, Wong
Others Present: Starbird, Hanna, Holmes
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Manners recessed the meeting at 6:35 pm to
conduct a closed session pursuant,to Government
Code Section 54956.9. The purpose of the closed
session was to confer with the City Attorney on
pending litigation.
ADJOURNMENT Mayor Manners reconvened the City Council at 7:15 pm
to adjourn. Motion by Wong, seconded by Jennings,
and unanimously carried to adjourn the meeting at
7:15 pm.
