WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL

The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was -called to order at 8:30 am
on Saturday, April 25, 1992 at the Hyatt Newporter Hotel, Newport Beach, CA, and
again on Sunday, April 26, 1992 at 8:00 am at the same place.

ANNUAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE BOARD OF DIRECTORS RETREAT
The West Covina Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors met
to review the status of current -year programs and to
formulate a Program of Work for fiscal year 1992/93.
Particular attention was focussed on support for small
business, the strategic marketing program for West Covina,
membership development, and a review of the Chamber budget
for the past and coming years. Mayor Manners and Mayor
Pro Tem Jennings each presented segments of a State of the
City address to the Boardmembers.
No discussion of City issues was held by Councilmembers
present, and no actions were taken.
ADJOURNMENT. On Saturday, April 25, 1992, the meeting was adjourned at
4:00 pm. On Sunday, April 26, 1992, the meeting was
adjourned at 11:15 am.
