February 13, 1992
The adjourned regular meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order
by Mayor Richard Jennings at 7:20 pm in the West Covina Public Library.

The City Council and Planning Commission were invited
to attend and participate in a public workshop conducted
by the firm of Urban Design Studio to prepare a master
plan for the design and construction of streetscape
improvements in the Central Business District. Mr.
Mark Brodeur of Urban Design Studio conducted the
session.
Comments were offered by the public participants and
the two legislative bodies as well. No decisions were
made and no actions taken.
Motion by McFadden, seconded by Jennings, and unanimously
carried to adjourn the meeting at 8:49 pm.
